First off bringing racism into it is ******ed. I think most people are just fanboys who fail to realize Wlad holds all the cards in this fight, when he wouldnt meet Hayes demands in the negotiations they called Wlad a ***** and not Haye. Haye should have been sucking Wlads **** just to get a shot. Now Haye wants a postponement, but the truth is he didnt even deserve the fight in the first place let alone deserving a postponement. I dont blame Haye at all he should not fight Wlad at anything less than 100%, he barely stands a chance as it is. Props to Wlad for fighting the best fighter available. Haye can get back in line and will get a shot eventually, his fans just need to be patient.Comment

Vlad needs to wait on Haye its the only matchup out there the fans wanna see!!
How can a Kilt fan not wanna see him shut Haye up?

Wlad/Haye can wait, it's a fight that will happen. Fights that crown linear champions come around so infrequently that this is an opportunity that cannot be passed up. Look at how many divisions in boxing today have a Ring/Linear champion? 1/4? 1/5? We haven't had one since Vitali briefly and that was almost 4 years ago.
I have a deep respect for the linear title. Particularly the linear Heavyweight title, lineages that can be traced from Jeffries to Tunney, from Sharkey to Marciano, from Liston in the 60's all the way to Lewis in the 2000's! Besides Vitali's year or so reign, it's been 4 years since we had one and now we have the opportunity to see a new lineage begin, maybe this one can go on like the one Liston started.
It is of the utmost importance that the heavyweight division has a true, linear champion. A champion the public can look to and go "Oh, the heavyweight champion, that's SoandSo" no questions asked. Wlad/Chag determines who that man is and it is important.Comment

I made a mistake when I said that Liston started a lineage, Floyd Patterson did in fact start that lineage, anyway...
I think the problem may not be so much racism (white/black and English/German) as much as ignorance to history. This fight is historical, and should be treated as such.Comment
