Marquez isn't a fighter that pressures his oppnents. He fights a more tactical fight picking his spots and using his precision counterpunching to punish his oppnents. For him to upset mayweather, he needs to be smart, pick his spots, mix it up, and adjust to what ever mayweather is going to come at him with. He's one of the smartest fighters in the game, so if there's any holes or mistakes (ring rust) from mayweather come fight night, best believe Marquez will exploit them and punish him for it.


(IMO) Marquez is at to much of a disadvantage having to come up two weight classes to take on mayweather pretty much at his natural weight... He's never fought above light weight and now he's coming all the way up to WW to take on one of the best fighters at his own game... The advantage is to much in mayweathers favor. If ever i want to see and upset, I'd love to see Dinamita pull it off, but he's got a tough task ahead of him.

I hope Floyd brings the fight to JMM like he did Gatti, then things might get interesting. Floyd might try for a tko or ko to make a statement. We seen what happened to Diaz when he let his hands go. But I have the feeling Floyd won't step on the gas unless he gets JMM in real trouble. JMM won't pressure Floyd thats not his style.
