Are there certain circumstances and conditions when calling out Floyd? Does the moon and the sun have to be in certain coordinates when calling him out? Venus have to align with Saturn? Does it depend on the time of night? Someone's bloodsugar count?

Just wondering because Floyd makes it seem as if all you have to do is say his name and he'll accept the fight, yet there is a long list of people that have called out Floyd and when asked why they didnt get chosen, there appears to be an incredibly long list of reasons why the fights didn't happen.

Do you have to moderate the loudness of your voice when calling him out? Have to be loud? Or soft? Use certain words? Call him out in Elvish?

i didnt get to read all the replies but this really isnt that hard to understand. Floyd wants to get the most exposure possible for any potential fight. But fighters calling him out on back alley web sights wont do that. When people say figther a , b, and c called him out they are correct but the truth is the only reason we know that is because we are die hard boxing fans. We search for these things. But the majority of the people who actually shell out money are not. Those people dont know any of this. But if you say something on a national televised broadcast then everyone will hear it. meaning all those people who dont know much about the inner workings of boxing will want to see the fight.

Honestly speaking i think other boxers understand that to. Thats why you dont hear any of these guys call his name out when the world will hear it because then they would actually have to fight because the general public ( non-die hards) would want it. I think most of these guys just use his name for their own benefit. i mean think about it ,no one has tried to do that besides hatton and jmm. But if these other guys really wanted to fight wouldnt they just do the same? How hard is it? But when the cameras are rolling and the world is watching they dont have anything to say?
