Ricky obviously. Tszyu was a better champion than Judah (search words "dance" and "chicken"). Ricky held it longer, made more defences and is just a better fighter. Dont know why anyone would say Baldomir.

This is a joke right? Hatton beat everyone worth beating at the weight and was unbeaten at that weight for years! Baldo put in one performance to win all the titles. Baldomir deserved the chance and took it when he got it, but lets be real he wasn't a great champ.
