At one time, De La hoya tried to sign Pacquiao on with Golden Boy. When the deal fell through because Pacquiao was and still is with Bob Arum, all of a sudden Oscar is bitter towards Pacquiao. Let us not forget about the whipping
he received from Manny. He also tries to discredit Manny's accomplishments by saying that J.M Marquez beat Pacquiao twice. The Pac Man put J.M on the canvas 3 times in the first fight and once in the second. Manny won both fights hands down. I will say that the second fight was closer than the first. If there was a 3 knock down rule in the first fight, the fight would have been stopped in the first round.
