Dont forget Kessler either, kessler is definately an A level fighter just unfortunate that he has trouble with his manager

Calzaghe was an exceptionally talented fighter and very well respected by knowledgable people in the sport.

The only gripe I have with Calzaghe (even though hes my fave fighter) is why he fought Manfredo Jr? Such a pointless fight imo, gained nothing from it and it was pretty much worthless in my eyes

Manfredo Jr was P4P #1 at the time.

The only way Manfredo would ever get into the p4p rankings is if he had a sex change and started fighting in womens boxing.

You're probably the only person in the world who thinks that.

I'm was Ried fan not a Calzaghe fan that night and I thought Calzaghe won easy, as did Robin post fight.

Glann Johnson ****** at 168, Dawson is nothing special, I would never want to see another borefest like Calzaghe Vs Hopkins I and as for Froch he came along to late to get a fight

Unlike PBF Calzaghe retired half a decade after his Prime was over he was 37 for christ sake not 30.
