same result. both oscars was past prime.

probably more competitive though since oscar wouldn't go on that weird kangaroo diet.

the oscar floyd fought and manny fought are almost the same fighter.

difference is floyd let oscar pace himself and dictate the action.

manny forced a fast pace and dictated the action hence oscar looked worse.

you saw the Forbes fight right? and how beat up he got there? he had an especially bad night against Pacquiao, but even if he did come in to the fight in better shape he would have gotten clobbered.

maybe not as one sidedly and sadly as the fight that actually happened, but theres little to no chance DLH could have won.
You got a point with the Forbes fight , but when I voted I was thinking of Oscar on the night that Floyd fought him not after that fight , Oscar having 14 pounds real weight on Pac would be a lot different than what happened being just below him in weight , fight night weight Im talking about , people are oblivious to fight time weight and just think its at the class limit , Oscar was a shell of himself with Pac , I actually felt sorry for him at one stage as he was like a rag doll .

MP: Oscar agreed to a contract with Roach and Pacquiao's Lawyer(Gacal or w/e his name is)for about 2-3 Mill Dollars for every pound gained over 147, at fight night. AKA no hydrating for Oscar in the Pacquiao fight.

Results: DLH vs Mayweather, SD Loss/competitive for about 8 rounds if i remember. Pacquiao vs DLH, Quit on his stool in the 8th round.

To answer the thread question, I think Pacquiao would have still been very dangerous and give Oscar hell, but I think Oscar would have put up a way better performance and possibly win.(at 154 with no hydration contracts)

              LMAO!

The penalty was 3M and that's only applied for the official weigh-in, a day before the fight. Oscar can come as heavy as 200 lbs. if he can gain that much 30 hours before the fight itself...

Pacquiao would still win, he is too quick and his left hand would be clapping DLH all night. The lateral movement would be a key too.

Pac's too fast for DLH to catch

i think the factor is the age

If Pac fought a 29 or 30 yr old DLH, then we had a fight
yeh, that little bastards too fast, he has yet to be hit flush by a WW (i think), maybe hatton got him to stubble a lil, but so far we dont know if pacman can take a good hit from a heavier guy

for this poll tho, i think pacman

Oscar would have eventually knocked him out. He would be beaten to the punch often, but would still be able to land significant shots that could decapitate the smaller man.
