how a smaller glove size is an advantage is beyond me, since DLH would be considered the bigger punch when compared to Pacquiao and Mayweather...

I mean, youd think the bigger punch would enjoy the smaller gloves, right?

he certainly wasnt going to be quicker than Mayweather of Pacquiao at his ring age.

Hit the scales at 150, come into the ring at 148. Mayweather did that, Pacquiao would do the same.

FM: Glove Size(For Floyd), and Ring Size for the fight was picked by Oscar. Also, Oscar was in no contractual disadvantage in fight-night weight meaning he hydrated back to 160+

MP: Oscar agreed to a contract with Roach and Pacquiao's Lawyer(Gacal or w/e his name is)for about 2-3 Mill Dollars for every pound gained over 147, at fight night. AKA no hydrating for Oscar in the Pacquiao fight.

Results: DLH vs Mayweather, SD Loss/competitive for about 8 rounds if i remember. Pacquiao vs DLH, Quit on his stool in the 8th round.

To answer the thread question, I think Pacquiao would have still been very dangerous and give Oscar hell, but I think Oscar would have put up a way better performance and possibly win.(at 154 with no hydration contracts)
Can' blame Team Pac for the stipiulations, at that time they were highly concerned coz Pac moved up 2 divisions to fight one of the best welter/middle

How about weighing in at 160+ in one fight and 147 in another(on fight night)? Nothing fishy with that B.I.?

                  **** happens, its boxing.

the problem DLH had was Pacquiao's speed, and weighing 160 wouldnt have helped him in that department.

Like I said, DLH did have a bad night...but weighing more and being in better shape would have done little more than allow him to put up a slightly more competitive fight and possibly last to a decision against Pacquiao, since he would be able to take more punishment.

to think he would magically go from'completely dominated' to winning the fight is a huge stretch, at best.
he would have at least won some rounds, maybe 2, but thats it.
