ill give diaz this - his stand up game is better than average (compared to other mma ppl) but this dude would get ripped apart by c level fighters

irrelevant. all other mma organizations should not be examples of mma. UFC is the only mma organization that should be talked about. comparing strikeforce, eliteXC to boxing is like using Charlie Zelenoff's fights as examples for all of boxing.

and whether mma fighters can box as good as boxers doesn't matter. mma isn't boxing and doesn't position itself as that.

Rashad Evans has a wrestling background but a gold medal wrestling champion would probably beat him in wrestling. But what does that matter cuz Rashad isn't a wrestler, he is an mma fighter.

MMA is best enjoyed with the sound off.

Most of the fighters in the sport are complete garbage, its part of the reason I enjoy boxing so much more. You guys should watch "The Ultimate Fighter" if you want to see some tragedy. Its ****ing sad that those guys are close to being considered pros.
