In the Wlad Haye fight.. Only Haye would get any credit for the win..

Chagaev Klitschko makes someone the MAN!!! which is what everyone has been crying for for years now
    Exactly.

But the Hayemosexuals are motivated by their passionate love for Haye, and their delusional dreams about him defeating Wlad.

Time for them to wake up and face reality: Haye's a joke, he's nothing but a fraud!

According to the ring rules the championship belt can in some instances be awarded the winner of a fight between the no.1 and 3 contenders.

Wlad should take Chagaev on June 20 if it's possible, the Ring championship and unification is important.

Haye may just pull out again with the back excuse.

I'm very apprehensive that if the fight is postponed Haye will pull out again. However, is Chagaev really a safe bet as well? He has a long history of pulling out of fights and would not surprise me if he did it again. I say, make the Chagaev fight and have another replacement ready to go, if he pulls out...

If the Chagaev fight is for the Ring belt, which it should be because Wlad will not fight Vitali and has a reasonable excuse not to, he should fight Chagaev because

              1) It is probably a bigger fight in Germany
              2) It is the most significant fight in the division, we will have a champ!
              3) 60,000 tickets are already sold for the 20th, if we have a solid opponent no reason to push the date back
              4) HBO has the 20th already reserved, they may not want to compete with Showtime and UFC100 on the 11th, and wont move Mayweather on the 18th, therefore, it may reject the fight. W/o HBO or Showtime fight is next to meaningless in the US. Integrated Sports Sports PPV!!!!!
              5) Chagaev earned the shot, the whole Valuev situation seems fishy, guy was ready to fight. Great thing is, Chagaev is already is shape, no excuses for not having a full training camp

Bottom line, Haye pulled out, a better opponent stepped up for the scheduled date. Haye can recover and work his way back up to earning his shot, which is a good idea if Meehan is KOing him in sparring.

His blood tests would have passed German standards so I think he will be okay.

If this fight does come off and Klitschko KTFO Chagaev, Valuev (and Co) are going to look like real b.itches...

Rumors are now circulating the internet that Setanta is on the verge of bankrupcy. All of Haye's purse from the fight was to come from Setanta PPV...but if they go belly up, he won't get paid.

So the word is, Haye faked the injury, and will pull out a second time in July. Although Chagaev has a history of pulling out too, his illness and injury were real, and he's relatively healthy now. And Chagaev just lost about $2,000,000 i(his purse for the Finland fight) so he needs the money.

The wiser choice would definitely be Chagaev on June 20.

no doubt, thats the date set aside and it would be for the important belt. I have no problem with Klitschko vacating the IBF belt and fighting Haye in the fall. Who cares about the belt anyway? They were going to strip him at one time or another right?
