Exactly! People keep dissing Floyd about the Oscar fight but
    Oscar weighed 160 at 5'10 1/2" and Floyd weighed 148 at 5'8"
AND Oscar had the ring and gloves he wanted. Oscar tried to
pressure and muscle Floyd due to size and Floyd fought the
right fight against the bigger man and people stay hating on
    him for that fight.

The first fight after the Margarito fight Moseley wanted was a rematch with Cotto in Cali, Cotto decided to do the limbo and act like a prospect instead of a world class fighter
it was Mosley who didnt want to fight Cotto. Cotto said he would fight Mosley again but he wanted to fight the night before the parade and Mosley said he's the champ he beat Margarito and the fight should be where he wants to fight it at so Cotto went after another fight (a tougher one in my opinon) against Clottey... So idk where u say that Cotto isnt a world class fighter when Cotto fights every1 who is put in front of him... Mosely is the one who ducked Mayweather back then and who openly admitted that he will never fight Andre Berto or Paul Williams and u call that world class???

WORD! That's the problem with Mosley, he is just feeling himself
too much and nobody else is really paying him no mind. He's at a
point where he feels like people owe him something because he's
"Sugar Shane Mosley" but he's not looking at the fact the game
stays the same but the players change. Floyd had/has a good
business team so does Pacquiao and even Cotto and Mosley
doesn't and that's why he is where he is even after a great
performance after the one he had with Margarito.

Mexican in the other corner. If Shane wanted the rematch
he should have just went to New York and beat Cotto in the
same place he felt he got robbed at. For some reason Mosley
is thinking he's the biggest thing in boxing and nobody else
believes that. Sure he is one of the greats but right now
he is just not an top option. I read an article my manupilating
friend "Get Sum" sent me ;-) and Floyd's adviser made some
good points about Mosley making bad business decsions and
I always felt like that. Mosley to me was supposed to be
where Floyd is right now because Mosley did some great
things but just couldn't capatilize on them. Hate to see the
          guy going out like this.
I do admit that Shane seems to be on an ego trip here lately. But with that said, he knows deep down in his heart that he was ripped off in the fight against Cotto. He tried to mask it in the post fight interview, but I think that has a lot to do with the warm relationship that Golden Boy and Top Rank had developed prior to that fight. He didn't want to raise a fuss about the fight being a robbery then because it may have created unnecessary friction. Top Rank is goin down hill though when you stop to think about it. All of their big-name fighters are getting beat. Margarito, Cotto, and Pavlik are examples. And Pacquiao is in the twilight of his career more than likely. Of course Arum may be able to make a star out of Donaire and Lopez. But other than that, Arum has pressure on him. And that may be the reason that Mosley is starting to show his true feelings about that fight. I've mentioned this before, if the fight happens in Vegas Cotto isn't gonna have a Rican ref named Benji Estevez to wipe up a wet spot on the canvass when Miguel's ass gets rocked by one of Shane's bombs like what happened in the first fight.

I agree that the Cotto/Mosley fight was indeed close. When I first
watched the fight I had Cotto by a UD but then someone told me
to watch it again and then I scored it a draw but the more I look
at it, I can live comfortably that Cotto won that fight because I
think he did without controversy. The ref did save Cotto and ain't
going to front on that but I think Mosley went in and underestimate
Cotto's chin and you could see by his face when at times he hit
Cotto with big shots and Cotto weathered them. Mosley just needs
to get over himself and just fight! He's demandin a big money fight
but it's not demanding him & the more he waits and beefs, the more
it takes away from him great win over Margarito. Shane should
fight Cintron or Berto if he thinks he can't handle Williams. mosley
should keep doing him and earn that demand by beating atleast
another semi hot fighter and Berto would be the first choice.
Or he should just wait for Cotto/Clottey and fight the winner,
unify the WW division and get that Lineal title. Bet that would
            up his stock.

this article designed to stir things up like all of them are. paq will fight the jmm and mayweather winner period point blank. mosley and cotto will rematch and the winners will face each other. cotto has to get by clottey.if clottey wins then he wants paul williams.

I wanna see that rematch just as much as anybody else, but it takes the fighters to make it happen. Mosley has a right to demand it being in Vegas because he is more of a household name than Cotto even though Cotto may be a little stronger financially at the gate. Mosley's televised fights pull in good viewer ratings. Another thing too, even though I didn't view the Cotto-Mosley fight as a highway robbery, what I take into consideration is how Mosley had an advantage in power punches at the end of the fight even though both guys landed the same amount of overall punches.

and everybody was quick to give Manny props for takin' this fight.........then they had the nerve to run like 20 threads sayin' how Pac would ice Shane......Manny doesnt want it with Shane just like Cotto, Mayweather, or anybody else who can generate some cake.
