I think a lot of it has to do with the best fighters in Pac's division happening to be in the developed and later stages of their careers. That's the situation that Rocky Marciano was in. But the thread does have a point. Pac hasn't fougth a fighter in his twenties since Jorge Solis. I think that dude was under 30 but I'm not sure.
