You need to read my post again. I din't say "Cotto gains nothing by beating Mosley again" I said "Cotto gains nothing by doing what Mosley wants" Cotto should be the one making the most money and the fight should take place where Cotto and Arum wants. Cotto beat Mosley already.

Do you think Benji Estevez will be there to wipe up a wet spot on the canvass for Cotto's dazed ass if the rematch happens in Vegas? Maybe this is why Shane deserves the terms here. Im the biggest Bob Arum hater there is but you guys have this all wrong. When everyone was making post and threads sweating this fight, I made another thread asking "did Pac really agree to the fight" because I never got that from his quotes. No one really responded but look at the time on my thread and all the other threads people were making and look at the time on the Arum response. I called it straight out. Pac never said that. oh and i rewatched all the videos i could find on edwin valero and i'm still not impressed i think manny would destroy him within 4 rounds..he's just in top rank and thats why arum said he's an option

youre repeating what all these other people are saying and you guys dont get it. Arum is not saying that its not Pac's choice. He's saying that Pac never said that he wanted the Mosley fight right now. He's saying that people took out of context what Pac said, the Manilla media ran with it, the desperate Mosley tried to fool people, and this is where we stand. Pac just gave a basic answer. He wouldve said the same thing about Floyd or Cotto. People totally took it out of context. He never said that Mosley is the fight he wants right now

it may be a rumor right now but when you think about it it makes sense. cotto contract is up at the end of the year. who else is there to sign with? if cotto wins he will fight pac next. why else will pac be ringside at the cotto fight.

Wouldn't Arum make more money if the two fighters are under his promotional company rather than Cotto leaving and setting up a fight with Pac?
