147 is just the weight limit for a welter weight. Anything below but not lower than 141 is still ok imo.

Wasn't Bernard Hopkins' belt on the line when he dropped a little bit of weight to fight DLH? That's why I'm wondering whether or not that will be the case here as well. If this fight is not for a belt, then to me it taints the fight. Weight divisions and championships exist for a reason. And if Manny would do away with this catchweight bull**** it would add an unreal 7th title in a weight class if he beat Mosley. With that said, the fight itself will be absolutely a barn burner.
