Could this be mental strategy from HAYE?

Could be Haye trying to get in the Head of Wald?
Does he want Wald to think his hand is hurt so Wald thinks hes not going to throw it hard?
Or is he throwing Wald out the zone a little?
    Buying more time?
This could be some strategy with hopes of effect...like a long ring walk or winning a stare down ...
    What do you think?

    Wishful thinking.

I think he simply suffered an injury.

We shall see once Haye & co. officially release further details.

I would agree that it might be some sort of mentaly strategy if he said he was injured but was still going to fight, but if he has pulled out then it must be geniune.

Lots of fighters carry injuries into the ring. I suspect it will be a hairline fracture, if so he could have fought on the 20th. It shows he knows that anything less than 100% and he's scared. Big woos!

Not going to happen. Haye will just have to get back in line and fight somebody like Arreola or the winner of Chambers Dimitrenko, if he dares.

Haye has signed a 3 fight contract with the Klits so i am sure they are going to what to cash in on that, If Haye is out to long for the fight to be rescheduled Vitali might step in.
