I cannot wait for this game to be released!!! There were several issues that plagued the demo and I finally understand why some forum members were outraged at the game being horrible. But lemme tell you guys as someone that has worked quality assurance for sony....the issues with slow movement and the lag in input response sometimes is definitely something that will be fixed by release and what we will have is the most fluid and organic boxing game ever.
Before I played the demo i was wishing they would have punches assigned to the face butons as well but now i understand EA's thought process behind having only TPC and I agree with it. You guys will not miss the face buttons at all and it helps bring authenticity to the game by not being able to throw 150 punches per round like you could in rd 3.
My only real gripe about the game is the screen flashing when a counterpunch is landed. Seems to be a feature in the game that EA has no plan on removing....and no option to turn it off. But come June 30th we will all collectively jizz in our pants once we experience the greatness that is fight night rd 4.
