Who is the most disciplined fighter

Benard Hopkins has never been more 5lbs above his fighting weight, never.
Floyd Mayweather never goes 3lbs above his fighting weight.
I do not know if Zab has to lose weight before fighting.
I hear Joshua Clottey is always fight ready.
Who else never baloons like Hatton and Cotto?

I think Malignaggi is one of the most disciplined boxers out there, but it all depends on who the fighter is and what his skill are, you look at Hatton and Cotto for examples, they aren't fast handed boxers they are more 'get in your face and smother the opponent' fighters, so they add the weight to gain an advantage to pack a stronger punch, where as floyd doesn't go too far over the weight because he doesn't want to lose his speed and the same goes for Malignaggi.

Difference there is that Hopkins is a 175lbs Boxer that sweated down to 160.

Mayweather does not go high inbetween fights because he is not a 147 according to his fans at least.
