    Naazim Richardson is a genius

“It’s not a matter of respecting (Calzaghe’s technicle skills). It’s about who you’ve fought. I’ve always responded to athletes like this: When Bernard tells me that he beat Antonio Tarver, I ask who has Tarver beaten. Well you’ll tell me Roy Jones. I’ll ask who Roy Jones has beaten, and you get a number of great fighters. All of a sudden, the credibility grows. When you tell me you’ve beaten Mikkel Kessler… who did Kessler beat? When you tell me you’ve beaten Jeff Lacy… who did Lacy beat? And you can trace that back down the line. With Calzaghe, it’s always been about the opponents and how will they go about beating Joe. Well now, how is Joe going to beat Bernard?” - Naazim Richardson

So this is good for Calzaghe because Calzaghe beat Hopkins and Roy Jones

Calzaghe is better than Floyd because Calzaghe still has his 0 and has more fights.

Calzaghe beat two ledgens. Has floyd beat any legens?

      I think not.

I'm not going to get into a Calzaghe argument, I've already had my fair share and I've always given Joe his just due, but saying Mayweather hasn't beaten any legends is hogwash.

The issue of timing is important. What Joe used to talk about was Kessler and Lacy.Up to now who has Kessler beat and who has Lacy beat.

OK so Joe 'beat' Benard at 40 something and all of a suddden he is a legend. To be a legend tell us more scalps you have claimed.Perform consistantly agaisnt top class opposition,do not mention Evans Ashira because Ashira hasnt beat anyone.Dont tell us Peter Manfredo because they have not beaten anyone.Tell us people like Felix Trinidad,Oscar DelaHoya,Wright etc
