Mosley and Mayweather needs to happen. It would sell. I dont think either are scared of the other. Mayweather's ONLY fear is NOT being paid..... or not being paid what he thinks is fair or enough.... its clear its all about the money. All that tells me about him is that he's more open about it. EVERY fighter is about the money. He's just open and not scared to say it. I dont hate him for it.

So by saying that Clottey and Willaims are the best WW out there then you are saying that Cotto si not in that league right? Maybe if Cotto would have grabbed instead of kneeling before his King then he would have had more gas and been able to finish the fight instead of the towel getting thrown in the ring? I like Cotto and I do not think he is a quitter but at certain tiems during a fight you need to stop the other guys momentum and grab or move. You can't stand directly in front of a guy like Margarito and you defintely can't cant your back against the ropes. Cotto was getting caught on the ropes all night long. you forget taht Shane was able to back Tony up and get him on the ropes. The fight was actually finished with Tony on the ropes getting sent to the canvas. As for other comments you made I see you speak a duble standard because you were probably crying the exact opposite when PBF fought and didn't ake on Cotto or Tony you were crying then. You are just feeling played that Shane a 37 year old did what your hometown hero couldnt do and made it look so damn easy too...If Cotto had better ring presence and clinched to preserve energy and take less punishment maybe the result would have been different??...Lefty

As much as I've wanted to see a Mosely/Mayweather matchup, it's not going to happen. Shane should look for other fights against Cotto, Clottey, Berto, and Williams, all of which are difficult and competitive fights.

You are correct Clottey is getting stripped of the IBF belt DAMN the IBF I wonder who is the mandatory stiff they want him to fight instead of Cotto? I agree too I think the best fight out there for Shane as much as I want to see him fight Money Man also is Cotto...I think it give him a shot at redemption and unless the WBO strips Cotto of his belt would be a unifacation and for what many would consider the best WW in the world since Shane beat margarito and Cotto would have beaten Clottey....Lefty
