  • In all honesty in a potential Floyd/Cotto fight I don't see Cotto being
clever enough to beat Floyd. I mean anything can happen but Floyd
trumps Cotto in every boxing aspect with exception to power and I
think Floyd would be able to neutralize Cotto by being defensive &
countering Cotto everytime he let his hands go. Floyd is pretty
durable even when he gets hit and Cotto is pretty vulnberable
even by the slowest fighter. I will wait to see how Cotto does
with Clottey to see where is at skill wise and if he has indeed
improved because the Jennings fight did nothing to test him.

Since when did juan diaz become a great indestructible lightweight?

Marquez got rocked early on by a light hitting baby bull.
Again neither fighter had been knocked out before, Casamayor has fought many devastating punchers but never been knocked out, Diaz fought hard punchers, never been knocked out, Marquez was killing himself to fight at those lower weights and his fight night weight proved that, Floyd was smart in chasing big money fights earlier, thats the only difference in this fight, Floyd chose to move up earlier than JMM thats all.

1 thing I know, Floyd already ducked Cotto, he has give like 100 excuses on why not to fight him. Second Floyd is so feather fisted at WW is not even funny, He dioesnt have the out ut tio even hurt Cotto, let alone making him quit. Dude only throws 1 punch at a time and then runs the rest of the round. Cottos timming will negate Floyds handspeed and his body unching will make Floyd tire and more stationary to get hit. Cotto git this ****, thats why your boy wont fight him, he knows whats up.

Again FLoyd will never make Cotto quit, you are dumber than i thought if you really believe that.
If he quit before he will quit again.

and I have no doubt Floyd will busted his **** up. If Judah can rock Cotto so can Mayweather. Mayweather will uppercut the **** out of cotto.
and make the boy quit again.

            Cotto has a weak chin
            Cotto swings to wide
            Cotto has no stamina
            Cotto has no defense
            Cotto gets hit too much.

            btw
And if Floyd is so feather fisted at WW, why do you want cotto to fight him?
what does a Floyd Mayweather mean for a fighter at WW if it is obvious you think he is at a disadvantage at the weight?

Floyd is the only former 130 pounds champion in that division.

Cotto is a good fighter and would apply pressure to Floyd for sure
but being a pressure fighter just isn't enough if your fighting a
                  defensive technician. EXAMPLE: Shane>Margarito......Shane
neutralized Margarito's aggressiveness with defense and accurate
counter punching. Something Floyd does very well.

When you get discouraged you resort to talking like that, sad. Anyway, the fact that JMM moved UP to lightweight and knocked out two champs who had never been knocked out before, and the fact that JMM on fight night was a light welter when he was at 130, that he had outgrowned those lower weights a long time ago.

he never ****s on Cotto or he never says anything bad about him, or that he is not a good fighter right?

                      WTF is that then?

For the second bold Part, When i have said I dont want Cotto vs Floyd. this is the whole debate about, you idiot on how me, and the rest of Boxing fans here wants Floyd to fight Cotto and Mosley.

Floyd aint at a weight disadvantage, H has fought at WW since 2005 and the weight limit has been the same for him as for his opponents. 147 at the weight in!!!!!!!!!
