According to that article there he'll only have had 11 or 12 amateur fights by the time he goes pro...

They should go Old School and build him up slow. Take Marcaino for example: He didn't have a big amateur career at all so when he turned pro, they built him up slow. He had 42 fights when he fought for the Title.
You have the same with many of the Mexican fighters and others.

Yeah I know what you mean, man. Kinda like they had done wth Chavez Junior maybe. But the difference there is Junior's dad was rich, and this kid here might not be keen on waiting around when theres money to be made.

Its a shame he cant get more amateur experience first.
