Everyone knows that Mayweather is a small WW. There is no debating that. If he moved down to 140lb. Everyone would talk more **** cuz the WW division is the best now. The biggest problem I have with most people on this board is they allow there hate for Mayweather Jr. to get in the way of rational thinking. Replace Mayweather Jr.'s name with another fighter and see if you still feel the same way.

The first fight was for the lineal lightweight crown. The Ring had a vacant lightweight championship, castillo was the #1 contender, floyd was the #2 contender. Floyd started a lineage. (http://www.boxrec.com/media/index.ph...e=Fight:292245)

theres a difference, although it shouldnt be exaggerated.

I very seriously doubt Mayweather could make 130lbs. Its been a long time since he could make that weight.
Pac fought Marquez at 126 and 130. Floyd is fighting JMM at 143-144.

How does it feel to get proven wrong 3 times?

All my post was supposed to do is show that Mayweather has fought as the smaller man his whole career, and he's won each and every single fight. Size doesn't win fights, skill does, and Marquez is one of the most skillful fighters around. Fighting Marquez at 143-144 after a near 2 year retirement is a hell of a fight. A super fight. One that should be praised instead of condemned.

Floyd will go on to Pac, Mosley, and Cotto after this.

              I don't like the 30-32 hour weigh-in procedures.

that's a great acheivement, so why start pickin on smaller dudes now?

nope its a tune up, that's the only way to look at it and not be mad.

                A super fight.
um.... not really. jmm is too small.

it shouldn't be praised or condemned. floyd needs a tune up to get rid of the ring rust and a fight to set up the pac/fight.

Floyd will go on to Pac, Mosley, and Cotto after this.
I really hope so, cause if he don't he might as well not come back.
