The kid got an Olympic silver medal in 2004 when he was just 17 years old. No ordinary Joe could do that.

He also beat Barrera (faded yes) and you don't beat anyone with any credibility without having skills.

The kid also has blistering hand speed and good footwork. He can also **** and can switch from body to head attacks amazingly well.

He also can keep pace with Manny Pacquiao in sparring.

I think you're quite right. I'm not a fan of Amir's, but I make an effort not to hate, & treat my posts with objectivity. It's just like any fighter though. Each has his flaws, and those who dislike him for whatever reason will often expound upon that to the degree that they see his talents as null and void. One of the reasons for which Khan attracts so much haters is that his biggest flaw is his chin. Weak chins are not looked kindly upon in NSB, much moreso than a slow workrate, lack of defensive abilities, or being an all around one-dimensional fighter.

OK so when you say natural are you refering to where they started? Because this guy is making it out to be like everyone khan faught stepped UP a weight division to fight him...if a person has stepped up and is fighting good at the weight...why are they refered to as "blown up" when they lose?....if manny lost to hatton would he of been called a blown up featherweight? I doubt as he looks amazing at LWW. Even at WW manny looked good, but LWW looked perfect for him.

Does anybody else think that standing at 5' 10'' and looking at the size of his frame, Amir Khan should be fighting at Welterweight or even Light Middle???? Rather then fighting blown up featherweights?!?!?! He even towers over Kotelnik and is 3 inces taller then Hatton. Margarito is only 1 inch taller at 5' 11''. The guy and Frank Warren are cheats and think us boxing fans are all ******.

as long as he can make 135 lbs or 140 lbs he can fight there.
