I really don't get this whole "Hatton is shot" thing for having two losses against pound for pounders. He might be shot at that level of competition, but against Khan? Please.

      LOL tht was gd

Funny how people watch interviews and just repeat what the fighter says...all im seeing is "mayweather ended hattons career"...hatton still has some in the tank, im not saying khan couldnt beat him, i wouldnt have any idea until i see khan's next fight....and also we dunno how much hatton really has left..

I do think he has lost alot of punching resilience, he cant take the same punches he used to....Also i think people overlook amir khans power...he does pack a punch, just people are so caught up talking about his chin they dont think about what he can do...

Its obvious he would be way to fast for ricky, but a flush shot from ricky would lay him out.

Some of you make me laugh. So because Ricky got caught flush with a devastating shot by the P4P #1 in the sport, that means Amir f***ing Khan will be too much for him???

Ricky still has power in his shots, and will KO Khan with the first solid shot he hits him with. Don't forget Ricky hit Pacquiao with 2 or 3 good shots in the 2nd round. Those shots would KO Khan.

It wouldn't be a bad fight to see but I can't pick who would win, Khan hasn't really proved himself since his loss (he looked good against MAB but there were signs of slowing down in the 5th and it should have been stopped sometime in the first 4 rounds IMO) and Hatton's just come off a heavy looking knockout. But, what's the chances of this fight happening anyways, Roach has already said he wouldn't put Khan in the ring with Hatton.

what would wiither gain from winningthis?

              Khan
Win: 'he beat a washed up fighter who should have retired'
lose 'he got beaten by a washed up fighter'

              Hatton
Win: beat an unproven prospect with a weak chin
lose: lost to an (look above)

english on english never improves either fighters international standings.
khan needs to fight for experience right now. fight some big punchers and larn to deal with them etc. he has improved alot but has a long ay togo.

              |Hatton should retire

Khan by stoppage, hattons punch resistance is completely ****ed now, and khan will have the book on hatton thanks to roach and manny

smart move by khan, a very winnable fight against a big name with plenty of drawing power

I dont think Hatton could look as bad as he did vs Pacquiao so he would walk through the feather fisted Khan.

It's so funny to see all these boxers in the weeds waiting, as soon as a shot fighter comes along everybody wants a shot for their resume. It's pathetic.

Amirs getting the knack of cherry picking shot fighters recently, (Gomez, Barrara, now Hatton) he learned not to fight a prime fighter when he got KO'd be Prescott.

Amir is getting a little start struck and caught up in it all. He's getting ahead of himself bless him.
