People need to realize that Hopkins doesn't have it in him anymore, I don't want Hopkins going the route of Archie Moore, Larry Holmes, Holyfield, etc. Hopkins had a great career made a lot of money, I don't see him beating Chad Dawson, Tomasz Adamek, Lucian Bute, or Mikkel Kessler, and it's because he's old. He might be able to beat Froch, but I don't think that fight will happen.

I don't know how you can say he doesn't have it anymore when he pretty much shutout the best Middleweight in the world in his last fight.

Man, I don't know why I am taking the time to reply to this post, but I think I'm gonna have to. I'll start off with Lucian Bute. We saw that guy's true colors when he was nearly broken in half by Andrade. Adamek may have a puncher's chance against Bernard but that's about it. And even though I think Kessler is a good fighter, he isn't even worth mentioning because he is in a bind with Palle. I'm gonna give you a mixed opinion about your boy Dawson. I think he poses the most complicated puzzle out of all the fighters you mentioned, but Hopkins would dominated him, and heres why. Dawson cannot defend against straight right hands to save his life, and that would cost him against Hopkins. Bernard would rough him up on the inside with dirty tactics and clip him with continuous straigth rights, and Dawson just isn't mentally capable of dealing with that. And Hopkins would be the hardest puncher that Dawson has ever fought with the exception of Adamek. I'm not sold on Dawson's chin at all because this is a guy that got knocked down from a jab by Eric Harding.
