Clottey Will Cause Trouble to Cotto But Berto Beats Clottey?

What is wrong with some people saying that Berto beats Clottey soundly while it has been said that Clottey will cause trouble to Cotto, who's much more experienced and skilled than Berto? I believe Clottey would beat Berto by decision and Cotto will put a beating on Clottey come June 13, 2009.

Cotto and Berto both will beat Clottey. Clottey is tough but he is going to become more of a gatekeeper. He may get a few more good wins down the line but those two guys both beat him.

People are just talking ****...Everybody knows that Clottey is a much harder opponent for Cotto then Berto.

All these claims of berto is better then Clottey are just preemptive attempts to discredit Cotto if he does pull out the W on the 13th.

When Cotto was picking his next opponent people were saying that if he picked Berto over Clottey that he was taking the easy way out and Cherry Picking.

Now that he picked the tougher road...Berto is better then Clottey...It's the same **** if it was the other way around...You basicly can do no right...It's a catch 22...damned if you do damned if you don't.

To me Berto takes Clottey on the cards and Cotto beats him on points also tho they all tough fights. Cotto stops Berto in around six or seven in a great fight with Berto buzzing Miguel once or twice along the way, Berto is Judah fast and has those wicked uppercuts that can tagg Miguel plus he has more FIGHT in him than Zab who had Cotto in trouble a few times so is more likely to THROW the shots where as Zab held back to much.

Come to think of it Cotto who to me is The best in the division has trouble with all the top guys, Clottey, Margarito, Berto all have wicked uppercuts (to go with there other attributes), Mosley is a handfull as he has proven, Pacs speed/power combo is a problem, Floyds skill set is absurd and Williams is a giant, its a division where danger looms at every corner!
Still Cotto can prevail, he poses many problems of his own

Berto-Clottey is a tough fight. Berto's speed will give Clottey problems. But Berto is sloppy and Clottey will make him pay at times.

I think either guy could win but I don't think its fair to say Berto would dominate or Clottey would.

Zab stole some rounds from Clottey. Clottey doesn't always let his hands go enuff. It would be a close fight. To say Berto doesn't have a chance is not right...

The thing is that although Berto has speed and all that he doesn't have that good a defense because Urango yesterday was able to hit him a couple of times, most times Berto made him miss and I know Clottey isn't the fastest hitter nor the most accurate, but his defense is great and he wouldn't allow that hit and hold crap because of the way he positions his gloves when he is in defensive mode. Based on that I agree it could be a hard fight but before that let's see how Clottey does against Cotto to see how he handles speed and power and then we can talk about Clottey against Berto, win or lose on the part of Clottey. Btw, How do you see Cotto-Clottey playing out? Because I think Cotto will win Clottey by sound decision like 117-111 or something amongst those terms, either that or late round TKO.

Cotto 116-112 decision I'm guessing...**** can happen tho if Clottey has the power to hurt Cotto
