Should Anuglo be allowed to use plaster???

Some fighters are born limited. Like Margarito and Anuglo. This is unfair disadvantage. I think fighters like these should be allowed to use plaster to even out the playing field. Think about it. Margarito plaster was successful against Cotto but not Paul Williams. The plaster helps us determine who has the better heart and chin.

Fighters like Anuglo and Margarito have no advantage but size and chin. I think the plaster would help them become more competitive and create more hype around them. Not too much plaster but just enough to give that extra advantage.
