Because ref's actually take action on low blows. The ref yesterday was ****e.
The ref was trying to get these guys to fight on the inside but neither fighter was doing anything, you would think that Urango at some point in the fight would just say screw this and begin doing something while on the inside. Urango is one sorry fighter. Evangelista should dump Urango ASAP. Urango was one of the reasons why Evengelista did not want to go to Miami. Urango is nothing more than a sparring partner and not a very good one at that.

An undersized WW that can't fight inside is a damn shame to behold.
Ah there you go, Berto is not a complete package. Nice point. They better teach him some inside fighting quick though.

Boxers can clinch its part of the game. Fighters that Clinch also get that negativity that comes along with holding. I see the only reason for clinching is when you are off balance, hurt, or on the ropes. I don't think anybody minds a clinch a couple times a round but Holding on purpose to slow down the fight is the reason they are boring and don't draw in the big crowds.

Berto is being criticised for his performance last night because of the unnecessary clinching. Unnecessary being the key word in that sentence

He didn't need to do all that clinching. In fact, if anything, it hindered his performance

Like the article says, basicly there is a time and a place for clinching but Berto last night abused his privileges, Hatton abused his against KT, Floyd abused his against Hatton. These clinching tigers as I like to call them are nothing more than hype jobs.

If Floyd steps in the ring with Manny, Floyd is toast. I don't think Floyd has the heart to face Manny. Pacquiao will mop the floor with Floyd.

Floyd was just showing Hatton that he could beat him at his own game.

I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd decided to KO Cotto by playing pressure fighter like he did against Zab, or to KO Pacquiao by throwing faster combinations like he did against Gatti. Floyd can fight your style even if it isn't his best style, and he'll still be better than you.

Is it better than creating an account at a boxing forum and only ever using it to slag off Joe Calzaghe?

I know he's ruined your life and everything, but maybe you shouldn't admit it so freely.
