Berto's next fight should be vs Quintana

I am not impressed by Berto....I think he sucks but if he is even thinking of going up against the elite in the division he needs to go against a very good WW with experience and big fights in his belt before he does that. Quintana is that guy and could give Berto a lot of problems in the ring.

Berto wont fight guys like QUintana or Collazo anymore. From what Ive seen, if they risk him it will be agaisnt Cotto or Mosley because of the money.
