Berto needs a new coach and fighting style

I've been watching Berto's recent fights and it looks like he tries to box, but, it's hard to be a boxer when his @ss can't jab for **** if his life depended on it.

Berto's jab if anything is a flicking, pesky type. He tries to potshot like Floyd, but, he ain't got the timing like Floyd.

The way Berto is built, like a mini-Mike Tyson, he looks like he's built for the inside, he needs to develop a great inside game. I think that's where he would be most effective, he's short, compact and has good upper body movement and fast hands. He should give K. Rooney a call or maybe even one of the Mayweathers, so he can develop that inside the pocket style and just start throwin' hooks like Iron Mike off the bob n' weave.

Right now, all Berto does is flick jabs here and there, and from time to time likes to lunge in with a lead straight punch or he likes to throw uppercuts from a mile away. He lunges in the way he does against top-notch comp and he'll find his ass on the canvas in no time.

He is basicly another Judah and once Berta get's knocked out, well you know the rest, his mind state will change and he will end up being a one trick pony just like Zab is.

Maybe he should just try listening to the one he has....

Perhaps he is just too comfortable in the relationship with his current trainer, and thats why he doesn't always listen. That could be cause for picking up a new one.

He gets too confy in there, He was dominating and outclassing Urango but he should have sticked to the game plan and try finishing him off, either way, it was a dominating win and he is learning as each fight goes on.
