Was it just me or was Angulo super slow tonight?

Exactly he let his hands go in the 11th and 12th and looked like he was about to stop Cintron. Dude should push for a rematch and do the job right this time. But also he seemed to have more respect for Cintrons power than Margarito. Margarito was laughing at him and sprinting forward.

He has never been Speedy Gonzalez, all of his fights are at a slow pace. The only difference tonight was that the frog was bigger and apparently stronger than him and he was pushing Angulo when trapped. You can't put pressure if you are being pushed backwards. Other than that, when Cintron began slowing down Angulo looked how he always does.

He always seemed slow to me...I think he just got outboxed. Cintron had a good gameplan and exexcuted. Too much movement for Angulo...Angulo did land some shots but Cintron held up.

From the start Angulo was a faster and a more sharper version of Marg, but tonight he looked like ****. They said he had problems with weight etc etc, but I don't think we'll know for sure until Angulo puts in more work. Hopefully he can catch a rematch with Cintron. If he can't get a rematch, he better get someone who will make him work somewhat. Cause if they give him some bum to tee-off on, that won't do **** for him. They need a Cintron rematch or a decent opponent next.

I thought Angulo would throw more right hands. Regardless of whether Marg loaded his gloves, he found ways to land on Cintron. I think he's improved under Shields, but not that much. I figured Angulo would land over top with that right hand more often.

I picked Cintron to win though. Not by decision, but I knew he'd be a step up overall. Angulo is not what HBO is making him out to be. He can only look good against certain opponents. I was pretty surprised to see Cintron a 3-1 underdog this morning.
