it was a ****ty night, a major letdown.

cintron merley outclassed and out boxed a one dimensinal hype job,
and yes, i fell into the hype and thought angulo was good to,
but watching the fight you realize he is ulitimently, beatable.

berto holds like crazy, his coner even TOLD him to hold, but not to long so the ref wouldent call it.

i think berto has stamina issues.

Cintron will never be in the big leagues again. He can't keep his composure and he's proven it time and again. Heck he showed it last night near the end. so when the going gets tough he will fold again.

now that kermit is back in winning form, i would like to see him fighting julio cesar chavez jr. at 154 lbs or 160. maybe its about time for jr's handlers to expose the younger chavez to some "tough" fighters instead of pitting him against unknowns.

jc jr and edwin valero have someting in common, both are undefeated but has not fought a real fighter yet.

    Berto keeps it easy

Berto will never beat the top guys in his division. He did not impress with his hit and hold style. I would have taken points away for excessive holding but since he's the one they want to bring up nothing was done. Another John Ruiz and Hatton.

Berto not looking great just might get him a big money match.

Looking great doesnt equal getting big fights. Just ask shane mosley.
