Berto really only has fast hands and reflexes, and he's been fighting unskilled, slow opponents. Berto arguably won the fight against Collazo, I had Collazo ahead by two points, and Luis is a B- fighter at best (still a fan though). Clottey dismantled a faster, slicker fighter Judah, and I think Clottey would do the same to this hype job Berto.
