Are you serious? Berto has the speed hands down. Will beet Cotto to the punch. Berto loves to slip upper cuts in. Collazo is way better boxer than Cotto, if you trying to compare. If Cotto try to make it a boxing match with Berto, he will lose. Cotto would have to walk through Berto like Collazo did. Berto doesn't have any inside game, "0". That's where Cotto would have to beat him. Cotto has a nice head snapping jab and berto has one too. Collazo is a good slick southpaw with skills. Cotto is not going to box circle around a guy (Bad defense Rito don't count).

Andre Berto would get creamed by anyone of the elite fighters at
      147. To me, he is a fraud. Urango was hand picked to make him
look good because Collazo didn't. Berto is indeed talented but I'm not
impressed because if anything he should have had Urango out of there
off of the way Urango fights. On top of that Berto holds entirely too
much for somebody that has all the talent that he has. Mosley/Floyd/
Cotto/Clottey to me creams Berto and Cintron/Quintana has a positive chance of beating him as well. Berto is not as strong as many think in
regards to punching power. Against a rugged vet Berto will tired out
and get caught with a hard shot. I want to see him fight someone
legit next or just give Collazo the rematch.

Juan Urango has a similiar style to Miguel Cotto because of Evangelista's
teaching but Cotto is far more skilled than Juan and stronger. Berto
did a hug fest in there with Juan and couldn't effectively stop him.
Cotto would knock Berto out once he cut the ring off. Cotto would
let his hands go in the clinch (Something Urango didn't really do).
If Berto/Cotto ever happens, I'm going with Cotto over Berto by KO.

I totally agree with your assessment about Berto Hustla Grustla. I've said it before, Berto is on borrowed time with that paper strap he won after Floyd retired. I think Berto is the weakest belt holder at 147 and that even Juan Manuel Marquez and Manny Pacquiao would knock his ass out. Dibella is gonna milk him for everything he's worth before he decides to cash out on him. And lol at the people who claim Floyd should fight Berto over Marquez.

now who's left with evangelista cotto?

i'm just wondering why andre berto couldn't take a junior welterweight out while he is so much bigger than urango.

i don't think berto is ready for the elite in the division. i don't know when he will be. i think even zab judah will give him some serious problems.

Yeah, I try to tell some of you on Boxingscene that I'm not
about making predictions because I back certain fighters and
hate others. I can see other point of views and aspects of
the sport. Right or wrong I am an annalytical poster. Some
even think I hate on Cotto but that's not the case because
even though I am not totally sold on Cotto as a complete Boxer,
I can see that Cotto would beat Berto and brutally. June 13th
is right around the corner......can't wait.
