what does being black has to do with anything. Drop that race card **** here. talk with facts. What has berto shown, or who has he beat to prove he is a beast like u say.

HBO tends to grab young stars and hype them. Its a business, simple as that and he is one of the new ones. He has a weak chin, not much of legs game, likes to hold way too much., lacks stamina. Urango should have been an easy win for him and the corner was concern about Urango landing so he held.

Like i said a long time ago, all he has is speed. A pressure fighter will cause him problems, a good boxer will cause him problems. Right now, Shane, Clottey, Cotto, Mayweather, Pacman can beat him. So he's not a beast, less u can show me otherwise

Lol... I mean there no reason why Berto had to hold, he easily could have just moved to the side and back away, which he did pretty well when he tried it. Urango couldnt do **** once Berto moved out of the way.

Had you watched the fight you would understand his being slated. I am not one of those harsh critics but, I am going to have to echo what other people are saying about Berto, he is not all that.

Here is the basic scenario of the fight last night.

Urango, moving forward, bobin' his head back and forth, faint here faint there. Any time Berto got close to Urango, it was one shot and then HUG. Urango never doing anything on the inside, looked as though he was happy to be held. Half hearted jabs from Urango, I believe I heard the announcer said like in the 9th that Urango had thrown like 600 jabs and only landed 7.
It was really a boring fight. Some one mentioned earlier that Berto looked a little like Judah and I have to agree, a will quick uppercut and that was about it from Berto. Berto did land some clean shots on Urango's chin. Urango has a solid little beard.

What else can I say about this fight? Although it was not thee most boring fights I have ever seen, it was still a tad boring. I was all excited about lasts nights fights and I after I finish typing this, I will have forgotten the two because there is nothing more to write about. Cintron's win over Angulo still does not impress me either.

He seemed a bit too concerned about clash of heads. Also neither guy looked like they wanted to work inside but the ref demanded that they did constantly. Urango would have been smart to try to work in there a bit more. I didn't think the fight was boring because there were explosive shots out of nowhere in many of the rounds but Berto still needs a performance against a quality opponent that shows all of his talents to the fullest.

Being black has plenty to do with it. All the good tough boxers from america, 75 to 85% of them are black. It's a fact. Not an opinion, a ****ing fact. Boxing thrives in the ******, and while not all blacks are from the ******, the last seeds of slavery were sewn in black roots, so it's no suprise that blacks are the best athletes of this generation.

HBO will favor someone with a lighter complexion that doesn't fight as good as someone with a darker complexion. As Holmes said, the right complexion to get the connection. He was right. You can come at me all you want with 'it doesn't matter about color' all you want, but that's all boxing is about, is color. Why the **** do you think Holmes-Cooney got such massive numbers. It's all about our tribe vs your tribe. Why do you think Paciauo vs Hatton got crazy numbers? It's all about our tribe, vs your tribe in this game...I'm sorry to have awakened you from your slumber, but I suggest you take a look at history.

Can you imagine what HBO would do if a nice, well-spoken somewhat educated white guy (Heavyweight) with the ability of half of what an old george foreman accomplished would do? They'd hype him up harder than **** and Klitschko would ream him. Get your head outta your ass and think before you speak boy.

Berto is still green. He didn't make the "elite" jump on Saturday night. It's obvious at this point Berto < Pac, Cotto, PBF, Mosley.
