i see youve never got a charge..no 1 gets sentenced that fast..itll take a year or more since he has money..we wont know till maybe 2011

kirkland has not even gone to trial yet just preliminary hearing

Dont think he got sentenced yet, but from what iv read Texas doesnt take to lightly a convicted felon in possesion of a firearm. He's def gonna do a couple years.

he wont go to trial for ages, thats how the system is, so we wotn know for a while but since he has a record and it was a weapons charge(?) he will probably get a few years
