I'm sure the video you seen of Haye looking bulky and slow in the gym would have been Haye in his bulking phase, you cant put on lean muscle without adding a little bit of bulky fat, of course you are going to look a little slower,
I'm sure that come fight night Haye will look cut and ripped at around 220 lbs with his excellent speed and reflexes intactComment

That was bias, Haye didn't look particularly bad against Barrett imo, that said, it is true that the more muscle you put on, the more oxygen you need to feed those muscles.Comment
