      I read Meehan was willing to fight though.

        Here is the ruling they MUST make to make their trinket credible again:
        1. Strip Valuev and Chagaev of their "WBA HW Champion" belts (******ed as it sounds, both of them are chamions).
        2. Promise us that we will never see either one of them in a HW championship fight.
        3. Lock Ruiz up until he's at least 50, so that we never see him fight for a HW championship again.
        4. Have a tournament of young fighters for WBA HW championship of the world.
