12 rounds is plenty. This topic has come up many times on the boards and it becomes the same debate or argument. Njord777 pretty much summed it up..............Rockin'

      15. That way we would separate the men from the boys. Back in the day unless you were a KO artist fighters wouldn't get too gassed, nowadays we have guys like Jermaine Taylor that can win titles even tough their stamina sucks.

A fighter stepping in to the ring in a world class bout has little to prove to a street bully. Their stamina may not be as great as their opponents but that is no reason to make fighters war for an extra 20% of fan appreciation. Honestly, if fans knew how much it takes they would appreciate the fighters even doing ten rounds.

Saftey is the issue. Sure boxing is a dangerous sport but there is no reason to make it even more hazzardous just so a fan can say that that man has great stamina and that guy who died, he must not have had great stamina. The men from the boys, lmao...........Rockin'

15 is better, and boxing isnt the same without 15 rd fights

But all in all it should probably come down to what the fighters want

Nothing wrong with a draw, I'd much rather have 12.

12 rounds people really don't realize how easy it it to get hurt when your fatigued 15 is way to dangerous to get hit when you can barely see and one eyed closed when i get exhausted even when hitting mits then holding them for someone else when a person hits the mits you fall backwards so imagine the damage taken when your the one being hit

12 rounds man, for the fighters safety. Especially the brawlers.

Boxing is a brutal sport, in my opinion should be less than 12 rounds to insure fighters are safe in the long run in their lives.
