Because there is a chance that JMM might win this fight and the Vegas judges will pull a Castillo on him to set up Floyd's 5 fight deal with Golden Boy Promotions or a future fight with Pacquiao or whatever. But what Floyd's fans need to realize is that if Mayweather does anything short of scoring a dominant win over JMM it's gonna be considered a blemish on his record. He's fighting a guy that many people consider past his prime. He's fought 50 of his 50 plus fights at Featherweight, and Mayweather is dragging his feet when it comes to meeting at a fair weight.

Neither guy has been stopped so you have to give credit to both of them for that to be fair. But I think Pacquiao is a harder puncher than most of the guys that Floyd has fought except for maybe a prime Castillo and maybe Zab Judah. Despite JMM getting knocked down in several of his fights, he's always dusted himself off and got up and dug in a dude's ass. So your boy better be ready.

soem bum named hughes, reid and sheika...and sheika gave lacy a lot of problems while calzaghe KO'ed him in 5 ...and hughes was koed by zaghe in 1 while lacy took 3...so since when does several mean 1???


and mayweather faster than mosley? floyd is more about timing and precision, his raw speed is overrated.....

Exactly right...So far, so good for Roach, how many times he assessed & predicted upcoming fights of Pacquiao that he had proved it true(Remember his predictions w/ Oscar & Hatton)...Listen to him closely every time he was interviewed, it's well said & clearly has good points on his analysis & predictions...A truly genius trainer...
