Without a doubt Margarito has to earn his way back to the top. It's one thing to retire and come back or to take some time away from the sport but he was caught cheating. You think Mayweather has it bad? Wait until this guy comes back and wins a fight or two. If marg fights in Mexico during his suspension, i think he wont get his US boxing license reinstated.

But if he does come back then He should move up to JMW, cuz no WWs will be willing to fight him. IMO he should try fight Pwilliams at WW, then move up to JMW.
