much more realistic, if timed right can pull of some awesome combo's, alot harder for ppl to just do the old style parry everything, now its more about dodging, ducking, weaving, this games got great potential!

This is where Achilles appears and complains about there being no custom controls and that the footwork is too slow and it's basically a brawling game.

He even puts in his sig that he cancelled his pre order for it when the reality is we don't give a fuck.

I played the game for the first time yesterday and i was impressed.

I enjoyed it, although.. I did think the footwork was a little slow, making staying outside difficult... although, the inside fighting is great. The between rounds game thing is a little odd though, I prefer the old swelling thingy.

The footwork was kinda slow but it's only the demo. The actually game will be much more improved on that. I'm sure that the demo is one of the older versions of the game where the on being released has alot more improvements.

I quite enjoyed the new game inbetween rounds, it adds more variety than doing the same old moving the steel to get swelling down.

the kd's look fake as sht, and the footwork is kinda bad..... the tpc is much better, and the counerpunch is kinda cheap..... a 7/10 so far, but i need to play the real ****

I played the demo for fightnight and the actual UFC game at my friends house yesterday. The Fight Night demo didn't impress me at all, I don't like the gameplay. But it's only the demo so I'm going to withhold judgment until I play the actual game. Now the UFC game is a blast! I didn't want to put the controller down lol. Very realistic how the knockdowns and knockouts work and the ground fighting and everything...just a great game and I hate the UFC in real life.

O yea and in fightnight I hate how everytime you land a counterpunch it makes that dramatic noise and flash. I mean it's cool every once in a while I guess but my god it doesn't need to do it every time.

I liked it, but I really don't like being forced to use the analog stick for punches. I liked the old setting that let you use a combination of the colored buttons to pull off basically anything but special power punches. This is a huge con for me, but I'll still buy and enjoy the game.
