At work i punch empty boxes,fight diffrent styles. I ask my boy to tell me to imitate a fighter because he just got into the sport" do taylor style" So i move my shoulders up and down touch my nose snap my jab and throw a crazy over hand right with swagger" Also when people walk tRhough the door i creep up to them and do the floyd shoulder roll creep up some more side ways and shoulder roll every side they walk to. Everyone loves it even my managers, but i do take it serious

i shadowbox at work all the time too. at first people thought i was weird but now they know im a huge boxing fan. now when they see me shadowboxing they say "oh, he's just workin on his moves"
