If the fight was at 140 which it would be yes.

Marquez is more natural at junior welterweight than at welterweight.

If Pac beat him more clearly than the 1st 2 fights, hell yea he gets cred.

          No credit.

JMM is more comfortable at 135, not 140
the rematch should have been right away
          JMM is too old, shot
JMM has been in too many wars ala Juan Diaz
          Swine flu

Well, at least that's what the haters will say.... Sigh.

For dam sure....on the strength of their last 2 fights....Marquez has actually had the tougher fights....and please if Marquez got KOd or TKO....haters please don't try to use the excuse "Marquez was shot, too old, been in too many wars, etc..."

Unfortunately....if and when they fought...Pac would get the decisive victory, by KO or TKO....Pac has progressed as a fighter..even if he fought 3 custom made fighters to make him look good (Hatton was a surprise though)....Marquez has not so much declined, but has shown that against A-level fighters, he can be hit and hurt, but the inexperience of J.Diaz showed and he was not able to finish Marquez....
