This is what needs to happen to see who is the man: The winner of JMM vs PBF should fight PAC. Most likely this will mean a PAC vs. PBF fight. In the meantime Mosley Should fight the winner of Cotto vs. Clottley which i hope is Cotto. When this is done the winner of the Mosley vs. Cotto rematch and the winner of Pac vs. PBF should fight for ultimate supremacy.
The possible outcomes are:
1. Pac beats Floyd then Cotto or Mosley, this in my opinon would establish Pac as the fighter of the decade, one of the greatest ever.
2. Mosley beats Cotto then Pac or PBF. This would give Mosley revenge against Cotto and then add greatly to his legacy either by beating undefeated Floyd or Pac who just destroyed Floyds unbeaten record. This wouldn't be as great as alternative one with Pac on top because of Mosleys superior size but it would still mean a lot and be a great way for Mosley to end his career.
3. Cotto beats Mosley and then beats the winner of Pac vs. Floyd. This would help Cotto putting the loss to Margarito behind him and establish him as the greatest fighter at and around 147.
4.Floyd beats Pac then beats the winner of Mosley vs. Cotto. This would mean Floyd first beats a smaller man ( likely by running) and then beats an old man or a man who probably got beaten with plaster. Floyd would still be undefeated and i would give him some credit.
I think the likely result if this happens is that Mosley comes out on top provided he ain't to old to beat Floyd.
