Yeah, that's pretty much it. When he is matched with JuanMa Lopez he will be mostly respected but will receive some hate no matter what. That's just the way things go in this sport/world.

Of course, but just like before there are certain guys from every group who will never give props. I don't think Vazquez is at the top of his game compared to his prime, but he definitely still has it in him to beat anyone on any given night, including JuanMa. JuanMa's defining fights will be when he moves up in weight a little bit though and fights younger guys, even if he loses to Vazquez he can still go up a little and there are huge and winnable fights with Gamboa (very winnable) and Linares (tough but winnable).
