Woods was absolutly terrible that night. He won't show up looking that bad again.

Still, even if the best Woods shows up i'll be taking Cloud to pull it off.

As much **** as I give Chad for getting a shady decision over Johnson, Woods has gotten two verdicts over him that are unwarranted as well. Tavoris is gonna break this dude in half. The truth is, Woods should be 0-3 against Johnson even though the official record is 1-1-1. I didn't witness the third fight, but I read about it in the Ring Magazine and they said that Glen got shafted. The fact that this guy is ranked in the top 2 of the IBf is a joke. Guys like Yusaf Mack, Shaun George, and all the elite Suppermiddleweights would beat him as well. You can't blame Tavoris Cloud though because he doesn't have control over the rankings. Cloud is actually gonna get a decent payday too because Woods is a decent name in the UK. But their is a chance that Cloud may get robbed like Johnson did if he don't stop him if the fight happens to take place in England. The payday that comes with this fight is probably why he turned down the slot on HBO because he would have received less money to fight someone else.

Another old retread for Cloud, awesome. By the time he gets back in the ring he'd have been out for over a year. So he gets back into the swing by fighting a guy whose last appearance in America suggested he shouldn't be fighting any longer.

good fight. win or retire for woods. and if cloud cant beat woods he wont be a player in the 175lb division eighter..

good test for him, experienced oponent with a good chin and decent punch. if he wins impressively he will make somewhat of a name for himself and get a title in the process.

Big Cloud believer here. But I have to say that Woods is undeserving of a title shot based on his pathetic showing against Tarver. Surely they can come up with a better #2 challenger as an opponent to Cloud. I have a post above on this page and I mentioned their names. And Tavoris has no control over the rankings, he's just gonna beat who they put in front of him. I know he doesn't have the resume to back this up, but I think he's right up there with Johnson, Hopkins, and Dawson. Dawson I think would lose to Cloud. But I would maybe make Johnson and B-Hop as slight favorites over him.

Woods is done and he was never that good. Cloud should beat him handily.

Clinton really needs to hang them up.

Woods does have a chance if the fight is in England though. That's why Cloud needs to make sure it doesn't go to the cards. Which I think he's capable of preventing with the power that he's got. But Woods has a decent chin even though the skills are non-existent.

i remember hearing about Cloud a few years ago as he started to rack up wins. Id say this is a good fight for him 1. because he has been gone so long out of the ring and 2. itll be a nice step up from his last opponent. Of course the logical next step will be to fight dawson. Alot of people are so quick to say that Cloud is fighting some bum but you gotta get past the gatekeepers to get in the gate. Right?
