      The fact that he's not willing to fight at 140 suggests that he himself thinks that he might not be able to make the weight without it effecting him.

          I don't think it's that he can't make 140, I think it's just that he doesnt feel he'll be at his best at 140 and that honestly, since he's the main draw in the fight and that JMM will fight at 170 if Mayweather says to, why should he make 140?
