I was at this fight and it looked like Pavlik had tears in his eyes after the fight. I was cheering for Hopkins but felt a bit bad about Kelly losing that badly. He gave Pavlik some sound advice and though Pavlik will never be a slick fighter he can at least try to make some corrections so another one doesnt abuse him so badly.

well it assists in movement and mobility, as well as upperbody movements, and many black guys are great fluid movers so yes many do
