i second what u saying here in New York i trip over them every day for them being so short!!!!lolNo offense to Mexicans, and i'm just saying this as a thought, but maybe it is because most Mexican boxers are short in height.
Please don't take that as an offense.
But then again, Mexico has their fair share of tall athletes too especially Soccer players.
One thing you have to love about boxing is that you don't have to be tall to be a champion. Look at Paul Williams being 6' 2" and that's something to complain about? Lol Julio Cesar Chavez was like 5' 6" if i'm not mistaken and he was a great champion, ATG to be exact.Comment

thats pretty debatable. you could say Julio Cesar Chavez at 140, Duran at 135, and Arguello at 130. you could even throw in names like Antonio Cervantes and Carlos Ortiz too, which would be legitimate arguments.
but yea, its not a 'dominate' sort of thing.
oh, and no offense meant to Mexico, but overall they probably dont grow up as healthy as Americans. as in their getting enough nutrients and everything. and less healthy upbringing=smaller person, it least from the medical studies Ive read about.Comment

That's not racist and it's partially the truth. Futbol is waaaaay more popular than Boxing in Mexico.
Also, Mexico is a third world country. Alot of people live in poverty and are malnourished.
